Important Information Regarding COVID-19

Dear Patients,

Fountaingrove Dentistry continues to be open for your needs. Dentistry is considered an “Essential Service” and is not affected by Governor Newsom’s recent rollback on Monday. Although many “personal care” services, such as hair and nail salons have been ordered to close, this does not apply to dentistry and other essential health categories.

It is important for you to feel comfortable and safe. Your safety and the safety of our team is our highest priority. We continue to take the extra precautions necessary for your protection and continue to have all CDA and CDC safeguards in place. Patients who have visited our office over the last month are consistently commenting on how appreciative they are of our efforts on their behalf. And our clinical team, although outfitted to look like “astronauts”, are feeling safe and are all ready to serve your needs.

In these times where it is imperative to take care of ourselves in a preventive manner, it is of utmost importance to maintain your dental health by committing to your dental hygiene appointments as well as your visits to our doctors.

Our administrative team has gone to great lengths to make appointment times available for our patients to maintain their oral health and catch up on appointments that they missed during the original Stay at Home Order. It has been quite an undertaking to reorganize our schedule to accommodate you all and we thank you for your patience. We ask this in return: if you find that you must reschedule your appointment please give us 48 hours’ notice. This will enable us to have the time to contact other patients who are waiting for an appointment. We appreciate this courtesy very much.
