There aren't enough superlatives to describe the experience with Dr. Anderson and her team! I decided to switch from my local dentist to Fountaingrove Dentistry after my friend with TMJ recommended Dr. Anderson. I knew it was the right choice during my first phone call to the office. Felix was so compassionate and professional, and listened to all my concerns. The transfer of my records and verification of insurance coverage went smoothly. On my first visit to their comfortable office, I was warmly greeted by everyone at the front desk (Felix, Cora, Tyrel). Amelia was assisting Dr Anderson that day, and she was a delight. She explained the day's agenda and competently assisted Dr. Anderson throughout the procedure. There wasn't a moment of discomfort, and all my questions were thoughtfully answered. I couldn't have had a more enjoyable experience at the dentist. Dr. Anderson is like a ray of sunshine! She is the only dentist I've ever met who makes me feel so completely at ease and happy to be in her care. Mine was a difficult case. I had originally been planning to take advantage of the same day crowns offered by this practice; but after reviewing my history, Dr. Anderson recommended a more durable Zirconia crown because I clench and grind my teeth. This type of crown needs to be made by the lab, and typically has a 2+ week waiting period. I visited Dr. Anderson for the first step, the temporary crown, and met her assistant Nick. I was so pleased with his attention to detail as he completed the procedure. He was thorough and compassionate, and has a great sense of humor. Nick was careful to set my expectations regarding the temporary crown, based on my history of clenching and grinding. Sure enough, just a couple days later the temporary crown lived up to its name. When I called to schedule another appointment I spoke with Cora, who accommodated my scheduling needs and got me in right away. Nick replaced the temporary crown and did everything he could to ensure it would stay in place while I awaited the permanent crown. Unfortunately, I managed to undo his efforts, and the crown was out again. When I called this time, Cora jumped into action and sought to expedite the process with the lab, while scheduling me right away to get the temporary crown replaced. Nick did his magic again, the temporary crown was reattached, and the permanent crown was expected within a few days. Cora called several times to keep me up to date, and each time we spoke she was attentive and compassionate. Meanwhile, the temporary came out AGAIN. I e-mailed the office and received a prompt response from Tyrel. Luckily, the permanent crown was ready, and she was able to schedule me for a visit right away. Today, I went in for placement of the permanent crown (much earlier than the original expectation). I met Dr. Anderson's assistant Gina; another bright, friendly and professional member of this fantastic team. Dr. Anderson and Gina worked together beautifully and ensured I would have a great result with my crown. Gina carefully fitted the crown to my TMJ splint, and encouraged me to call if I encounter any difficulties. I couldn't be more impressed with the team at Fountaingrove Dentistry. It was important to me to include all the details, rather than just giving a generic 5-star review. I am confident that you'll have a great experience at this practice.
